Concept

5 commercial floors tied together in a volume of retail spaces,
offering the pedestrian flow a
reconciliation of Kaslik's main commercial street.

The building structure is
enveloped by a fair amount of framed glass with no defined
pattern and enhanced further by the use of grey aluminum
composite panels.

The result was a pleasant and playful high-tech looking building.
